I’d think that was perfectly accurate.
I’ve never gone about doing things in a traditional way. In fact, I often did the exact opposite. Raised with the idea that there is not just one direct path to take in order to go forward, I realized that I need to follow what I love and what I believe is right. Even as I climb each rung of this twisted and broken ladder that is showbusiness, I know that mindset will inevitably get me where I want to go and with the right people.
